Privacy Policy
BloomLoreCo ("we") is a small design studio. We sell on Etsy and run this website (bloomloreco-guides.vercel.app). This page explains what data we handle, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Website visits: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed, time) kept for security and performance. No advertising trackers.
- Newsletter (only if you sign up): your email address, stored with our email provider and used only to send the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Orders: purchases happen on Etsy. Etsy processes payment and shipping details under its own privacy policy; we receive only what Etsy shows sellers (name, shipping address, order details) to fulfil your order through our print partners.
- Social media: we connect the platforms' official APIs (X, Facebook and Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok) only to our own BloomLoreCo brand accounts: to publish our posts and to read the analytics of our own posts and the public comments or mentions on them. We do not collect data about other people's accounts beyond what the platform shows a page owner.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share personal data.
- We do not use platform data (for example from X or Meta) to train AI models.
- We do not infer sensitive characteristics about anyone.
- We do not run third-party ad trackers on this site.
Deletion and your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. We delete it within 24 hours of a verified request, and we delete platform content we stored when it is removed on that platform. See also Data deletion.
Cookies
Only strictly necessary cookies (for example, remembering a newsletter sign-up).
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13.
